Tamien Dysart

Tamien Dysart is the co-founder and CEO of Think 3D Solutions.

Prior to launching Think 3D in 2016, Tamien spent over 16 years in the financial industry and had a reputation for building and sustaining high performing cultures and teams. Driving engagement and performance up, while reducing attrition and the negative impacts of poor organizational culture.

Taking his experience and knowledge from creating several high-performing and sustainable cultures, Tamien and his long-time friend and partner formed, Think 3D Solutions.

Think 3D Solutions provides coaching, organizational consulting, leadership development and training to businesses and organizations of all types and sizes with one primary mission – build intentional and sustainable cultures that perform.

Tamien firmly believes that a better you is better for everyone and also runs several mentoring and accountability small groups as well as a few small executive coaching groups where he shares his method for personal and professional success with other leaders and young professionals.

Outside of the office, he is active as a leader and spokesperson in the community. Tamien currently serves on the Sioux Empire Leadership Council, as well as an Executive Board Member to the Greater Sioux Falls Area Chamber of Commerce.
