Exceptional teams require intentional leaders.

What is Think3D U?

Think 3D University is program that builds leadership skills, provides professional development, and tools for personal growth and accountability.

One of the biggest opportunities organizations face is how to deliver an intentional and effective leadership development program that is scalable, and sustainable.

By combining the effectiveness of Think 3D’s accredited content, coaching and training material, with the power of an proven cohort-based learning model, we developed Think 3D University (or T3DU, for short!).

How does Think 3D University work?

Learning

T3DU is a cohort-based leadership development experience.

Each cohort experiences the learning, training, and exercises at the same pace, alongside regularly schedules sessions for accountabilty and reflection.

The strength of the cohort model is the ability to not only pace learners in a way that makes sense for their specific roles and organizational needs, but also to provide a deep bond and relationship between learners as they share experiences over an extended period of time.

The content that T3DU uses is accredited and can be eligible for CEU’s. Inquire with Think3D’s operations or L&D team for more details.

Reflection

Learning without reflection and deployment is limited.

We place a high priority on the reflective process, and use our own method “SOIL”, to facilitate reflection and action planning.

SOIL is designed to give learners a framework on which to

Soak In,

Observe

Implement

Look Back then Look Ahead

SOIL is something we use in almost every program we deploy, whether it be our personal development & mentorship groups, or large-scale, all-staff training events.

The process is guided to keep takeaways simple and actionable, but is flexible enough that it can be facilitated through any number of topics.

Support

The value of working with Think 3D means that you not only get an exceptional training experience, but you get the full support of our team and resources to make sure all of your organizational efforts are aligned with your mission and beliefs.

Additionally, the cohort learning model creates a collaborative and supportive environment for learners, and the addition of monhtly mentorship huddles provides a high level of access and support to the team at Think3D for coaching answering questions.

Every organization who works with Think 3D receives regular coaching and training calls with executive or senior leaders to support the deployment of training, and create an environment that fosters accountability and participation.

Accountability

With a regularly scheduled cadence, and a clear path through the coursework, Think 3D U provides structure and accountability with a proven learning model, weekly sessions, access to coaching, and the expectation that leaders go first. Meaning, learners are given the opportunity to step up and step into their potential each and every week.

Each cohort will have a slightly unique experience given the role and responsibilities of each member in the group.

Field work is assigned to learners throughout their training and the field work is designed to be done in real time during their day to day work at your organization.

At Think3D we believe firmly in “do what works, not what sells”, and the reality is there is no program that can out perform a lack of follow-through.

What is the content like?

The foundation of Think 3D University is it’s accredited content and proven curriculum.

With over 7 years of experience in organizational development and coaching, and more than 40 years combined leadership and operational experience, the team at Think3D has a proven track record of being able to develop successful learning experiences.

Their proprietary delivery method, and training content has been accredited for their “Leaders of Tomorrow” leadership development program.

The Think 3D University program is undergoing the process of receiving accreditation from several higher education institutions.

While the backbone is the content, the vehicle it’s packaged in is the muscle.

Think 3D University is build on a customized version of a powerful learning system, Lightspeed VT. With the ability to not only share world-class video content, but also deliver intuitive reporting, community resources, gamification of learning, and detailed, informative tracking.

Think 3D University Open Cohorts are designed to bring anywhere from 20 – 32 professionals together for a 16 week journey of learning, growth, and professional development.

The program is designed to equip and develop confident and engaged leaders at any level in an organization. The program materials and content are accredited and have been used to train leaders at Fortune 500 companies, local family-owned businesses, and global brands.

Culture – the foundation of any healthy organization is it’s ecosystem, it’s culture. We begin each T3DU Cohort with a deep and detailed examination of what culture means, and how it should function.

Personal Development – the single greatest challenge in leadership is the ability to lead oneself. We believe that effective leadership starts within, and we train on tangible, and proven methods for sustainable and incremental personal development.

Professional Skill Building – good leaders adopt coaching mindsets, and deploy excellent communication skills. They also understand “organizational impact”, and EQ. We focus on all of these areas in our “POWER Coaching” and Effective Communication Modules. The bulk of our time is spent learning skills, and applying them in simulated, and then real-world scenarios.

Accountability – there’s not a single program that can over come a lack of follow-through. Throughout each week, individuals are encouraged to complete 1 or 2 field work items between each class. These can be as simple as documented conversations with mentors, peers, or team members, or conducting a group problem-solving exercise internally at their organization.

These three pillars, “people”, “skills”, and “accountability”, make up the majority of the content we cover in Think 3D U.
